Lazy Sunday Restorative

Sunday
1:00 PM

Gentle stretching followed by restorative yoga will help you release stress and calm the mind.

All Levels Flow

Monday
9:30 AM

This well-rounded flow class focuses equally on building strength, gaining flexibility, and calming the mind. Students will be led through seated and standing poses with plenty of modifications offered. Suitable for beginners to advanced  yogis.

Flow and Restore Yoga

Monday
6:30 PM

Start your week off right by taking care of yourself. We'll stretch and energize for the week ahead, following by restorative yoga to turn on your parasympathetic nervous system.

Traditional Yoga

Tuesday
9:30 AM

Students will connect movement with breath in this Hatha-inspired class. We'll work on balance, stretching, strengthening, breath work, and meditation.

Yoga Basics

Tuesday
6:00 PM

Ideal for new students or those who have been away from the practice for a time.

Adaptive (chair-based) Yoga

Wednesday
10:00 AM

Find more ease, space and flexibility over time with this gentle, seated class. We’ll explore breath techniques, coupled with gentle movement all from the comfort and stability of a chair. We’ll end each class with a guided, body-scan meditation. It’s your mid week opportunity to reset and restore.

Meditation Wellness Program

Thursday

Join Tibetan Lama, Ado Lama, with neurologist Sophia Wu for this holistic mediations wellness program. The weekly program is designed to help you rediscover balance, cultivate inner calm, and unlock the transformative power of mindfulness. Through guided practices, reflective exercises, and a nurturing community, we aim to empower you to reduce stress and anxiety, enhance emotional resilience, improve focus and clarity, and foster a deeper connection with yourself and others.

Yin Yoga

Friday 
9:30 AM

Yin yoga is a slower, meditative practice targeting deep connective tissues by increasing Qi (energy) flow throughout the body and releasing blockages. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, along with deep breathing, to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, lowering stress and anxiety.

Gentle & Restorative Yoga

Friday
6:30 PM

End your work week with gentle movement and restorative yoga -- the perfecct refresh. 

Yin Yang Yoga

Saturday 9:30 AM

This class begins slow with yin yoga, holding each pose at least two mins to enhance flexibility and quiet the mind before evolving into an energizing and uplifting vinyasa flow to enhance strength and feel invigorated for the day ahead.
