Sunday

Yoga for Chronic Pain

Sunday 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Scientific research has shown that yoga can help manage chronic pain by reducing pain intensity and inflammatory markers, improving flexibility, strength and circulation as well as enhancing overall mental and physical well-being. Yoga for Chronic Pain is an evidence-informed yoga class that will include chair/mat yoga, deep relaxation, breathing, meditation, and guided imagery.

Lazy Sunday Restorative

Sunday 11 a.m. - Noon

Gentle stretching followed by restorative yoga will help you release stress and calm the mind.

Monday

All Levels Flow

Monday 9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

This well-rounded flow class focuses equally on building strength, gaining flexibility, and calming the mind. Students will be led through seated and standing poses with plenty of modifications offered. Suitable for beginners to advanced  yogis.

Flow & Restore Yoga

Monday 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Start your week off right by taking care of yourself. We'll stretch and energize for the week ahead, following by restorative yoga to turn on your parasympathetic nervous system.

Tuesday

Yin Yang Yoga

Tuesday  9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

This class begins with slow yin yoga, holding each pose at least two minutes to enhance flexibility and quiet the mind before evolving into an energizing and uplifting vinyasa flow to enhance strength and feel invigorated for the day ahead.

Yin Yoga

Tuesday 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.​

Yin Yoga is a slower, meditative practice targeting deep connective tissues by increasing Qi (energy) flow throughout the body and releasing blockages. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, along with deep breathing to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, lowering stress and anxiety.

Vital Energy (VIA)

Tuesday 4:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Join neurologist Dr. Sophia Wu and Tibetan monk Ado Lama for V.I.A., a wellness program designed to reconnect you with your essential self. Explore the four pillars of VIA-vital energy (Qi), inspiration, insight, and awareness. The program harmonizes movement, breath, and mindfulness to create a comprehensive wellness experience. Modalities include the power of breath, meditate movements of Qigong and Tai Chi, and various forms of meditation.

Wednesday

Rise & Shine Yoga

Wednesday  8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

Begin your day with an early yoga practice to establish awareness, move stiff joints, and energize for the day ahead. This is an invigorating traditional Hatha yoga flow, suitable for all levels and modifications and different variations of poses are offered.

Power Yoga

Wednesday 6:00 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Wednesday nights are heating up with an energetic Power Yoga flow.

Expect a faster pace, more continuous movement, a few strength-building calisthenics, and maybe even a dash of dance cardio fun.

This class is designed to build strength, raise the heart rate, and leave you feeling energized, empowered, and accomplished. Modifications will always be offered to go at your own pace, but this class is for those looking for a challenge and a sweat!

Adaptive (chair-based) Yoga

Wednesday 10:00 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Find more ease, space and flexibility over time with this gentle, seated class. We'll explore breathing techniques, couple with gentle movement all from the comfort and stability of a chair. We'll end each class with a guided, body scan meditation. It's your mid-week opportunity reset and restore.

Thursday

Traditional YogaThursday  9:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

Students will connect movement with breath in this Hatha-inspired class. We'll work on balance, stretching, strengthening, breath work, and meditation.

Gentle & Restorative Yoga

Thursday 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

End your workweek with gentle movement and restorative yoga- the perfect refresh.

Friday

Vital Energy Weekends

1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month

11:00 a.m. - Noon

Join Tibetan monk Ado Lama and neurologist Dr. Sophia Wu for this gentle, practical wellness program designed for everyday life. Through simple movement, breathing, mindfulness, and positive lifestyle habits, participants learn how to boost energy, reduce stress, improve focus, mitigate chronic conditions, and support overall well being.
