Meet Ruby Yoga Instructors

Laura Ruby
Laura is an E-RYT 500 and a YACEP. She opened the studio in 2018. A journalist, Laura discovered yoga as medicine following an illness. She received her 200- and 300-hour teacher training certification through Christa Masterangelo Joyce at Jala Yoga in Shepherdstown and has completed training in trauma-informed yoga and kids' yoga. Laura teaches Flow to Restore Yoga, Traditional Yoga, Yoga Basics, Yin Yoga, Yin Yang and Restorative Yoga.

Arianne Warner
Arianne began her yoga journey more than 20 years ago. In 2020, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Shayna Hiller at the Yoga Collective out of Santa Monica, California. She infuses smart alignment with playful flow, breath work, and includes yoga philosophy to help students find inspiration and happiness in daily life. She believes yoga is for every human and possibly some very zen animals. Arianne teaches UnWind Yoga on Wednesdays and Yoga Basics on Fridays.

Ruth Tietz
Ruth completed her 200-hour Hatha Yoga training through Yoga Vidya in Albany, NY in 2012, and completed Judith Hanson Lasater, PhD, PT’s Relax and Renew Restorative Teacher Training at Kripalu in 2015. In Jan. 2017, through Yoga Vidya, she completed Advanced Studies in Teaching Yoga to Seniors.

Nuch Songsasen
Nuch completed 500 hours of Yoga Teacher Training through Integral Yoga in Buckingham. She is also a certified Yoga Therapist. She has specialized certifications in Raja yoga (gaining control over the mind), stress management, adaptive (chair) yoga, restorative yoga and Yoga for Cancer and Chronic Illness.

Claire Hollady
Claire began practicing yoga at 62-years-old to improve range of motion after a total knee replacement and to relieve discomfort from osteoarthritis. She is now a certified yoga instructor with a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification; a 30-hour Restorative Yoga certification; and a 20-hour Yin Yoga certification. She also completed a continuing education course on Arthritis and Yoga and is a staunch advocate of using props and modifications to make this beautiful practice accessible to everyone.
