Deb Goodman
Deb completed her 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 in Guatemala. She is certified to teach Vinyasa, Hatha & Yin yoga styles.
First introduced to yoga in 2011 as another form of fitness, it quickly became the only form of fitness she was interested in due to the variety of styles and the mind body connection the practice offers.
"I knew early on I would become a yoga teacher because of its positive influence on my life." Deb said. "In today's world, where distractions never end, yoga is a way to disconnect from the outer world and reconnect with your inner world."
