If you are a new student, buy one class at a time, or are purchasing a new package, please download the Mindbody Fitness and Wellness app from your App Store, set up your account, locate Ruby Yoga LLC, and register or purchase new passes from our Mindbody site.

Yoga for Chronic Pain

Sunday @ 9:30 AM

Scientific research has shown that yoga can help manage chronic pain by reducing pain intensity and inflammatory markers, improving flexibility, strength and circulation as well as enhancing overall mental and physical well-being. Yoga for Chronic Pain is an evidence-informed yoga class that will include chair/mat yoga, deep relaxation, breathing, meditation, and guided imagery.

Lazy Sunday Restorative

Sunday @ 11:30 AM

Gentle stretching followed by restorative yoga will help you release stress and calm the mind.

All Levels Flow

Monday @ 9:30 AM

This well-rounded flow class focuses equally on building strength, gaining flexibility, and calming the mind. Students will be led through seated and standing poses with plenty of modifications offered. Suitable for beginners to advanced  yogis.

Flow and Restore Yoga

Monday @ 6:30 PM

Start your week off right by taking care of yourself. We'll stretch and energize for the week ahead, following by restorative yoga to turn on your parasympathetic nervous system.

Yin Yang Yoga 

Tuesday @ 9:30 AM

This class begins slow with yin yoga, holding each pose at least two minutes to enhance flexibility and quiet the mind before evolving into an energizing and uplifting vinyasa flow to enhance strength and feel invigorated for the day ahead.

Vital Energy (VIA)

Tuesday @ 4:30 PM (Note new time as of 2/2026)

Join neurologist Dr. Sophia Wu and Tibetan monk Ado Lama for this gentle, practical wellness program.  

Through simple movement, breathing, mindfulness and positive lifestle habits, learn to boost energy, reduce stress, improve focus, mitigate chronic conditions, and support overall well being. 

Yin Yoga 

Tuesday @  6:00 PM

Yin yoga is a slower, meditative practice targeting deep connective tissues by increasing Qi (energy) flow throughout the body and releasing blockages. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, along with deep breathing, to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, lowering stress and anxiety.

Rise & Shine Yoga

Wednesday @ 8:00 AM

Begin your day with an early yoga practice to establish awareness, move stiff joints, and energize for the the day ahead. This is an invigorating traditional Hatha yoga flow, suitable for all levels as modifications and different variations of poses will be offered.

Adaptive (chair-based) Yoga

Wednesday @ 10:00 AM

Find more ease, space and flexibility over time with this gentle, seated class. We’ll explore breath techniques, coupled with gentle movement all from the comfort and stability of a chair. We’ll end each class with a guided, body-scan meditation. It’s your mid week opportunity to reset and restore.

Traditional Yoga

Thursday @ 9:30 AM

Students will connect movement with breath in this Hatha-inspired class. We'll work on balance, stretching, strengthening, breath work, and meditation.

Gentle Yoga with Restoration

Thursday @ 6:30 PM

Ideal for new students or those who have been away from the practice for a time.

Healthy Joints Flow (Formerly Functional Movement)

Friday @ 11:00 AM

Set aside some time to reconnect with yourself through mindful movement in this slow flow class that focuses on cultivating awareness of your body’s movements and sensations during yoga practice while using props and pose modifications to adapt poses to your body. By tuning into the present moment, this approach supports stress reduction and enhances both physical and emotional well-being. Perfect for beginners or those looking for a slower pace.
