Join us with puppies from the Humane Society of Warren County for gentle yoga movement and lots of puppy play and cuddles. Proceeds benefit the shelter.

Please join Dance of Light Healing at Ruby Yoga for this rejuvenating bath of loving Reiki energy! Led by Reiki Master Cindy Maher, the meditation takes us through a body scan and chakra activation, followed by beautiful guided imagery to open our hearts and music to stir our souls. Holy Fire Reiki will then guide us through our own individual journey as Michael Maher continues to play healing music on the hammered dulcimer, native American flute and chimes.
