Celebrate International Yoga Day

Join us at Ruby Yoga on Saturday, June 21, as we celebrate the International Day of Yoga with a special open house! We’ve planned a full day of free events, offering something for everyone—from curious beginners to seasoned yogis. Drop in for a single session, stay for a few hours, or enjoy the entire day. All are welcome to explore the many ways yoga can support your body, mind, and spirit.

11 a.m. - Welcome.
11:15 a.m. Intro to Gentle Yoga with Laura Ruby.
11:45 a.m. Intro to Yoga Philosophy with Arianne Warner.
12:30 p.m. Intro to Pranayama (breath work) with Ruth Tietz.
1-2:30 p.m. Lunch break at Try Thai w/a stroll along Main Street & Happy Creek.
2:30 p.m. Intro to the Chakra System with Arianne Warner.
3:15 p.m. Intro to Adaptive Yoga movement with Claire Hollady.
3:45 p.m. Intro to Ayurveda with Ruth Tietz.
4:30 p.m. Yoga movement – Yin to Restorative yoga with Laura Ruby.
5:15 p.m. Sound Bath with Claire Hollady.
