Yin Yoga
FridayÂ
9:30 AM
Yin yoga is a slower, meditative practice targeting deep connective tissues by increasing Qi (energy) flow throughout the body and releasing blockages. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes, along with deep breathing, to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, lowering stress and anxiety.
Functional Movement
Friday
11:00 AM
Set aside some time to reconnect with yourself through mindful movement. This class focuses on cultivating awareness of your body’s movements and sensations during yoga practice while using props and pose modifications to adapt poses to your body. By tuning into the present moment, this approach supports stress reduction and enhances both physical and emotional well-being. Perfect for beginners or those looking for a slower pace.
