Yoga Plus Reflexology (single participant)

Join us with Ruby Biedrzycki of Bee Sacred Wellness for a fun, informative exploration of reflexology. We’ll do some yoga, learn a bit about reflexology and take some time to explore this ancient, non-intrusive medicine practice, used to treat a variety of issues such as back pain, menopause, migraines, digestive and circulatory problems. Come alone and learn to perform reflexology on yourself or bring a partner and practice on one another. Ruby earned her reflexology certification in 1995. 

This is the single participant reflexology workshop. Come prepared to practice gentle yoga and self-reflexology.

Workshop will be led by Laura Ruby of Ruby Yoga and Ruby Biedrzycki. Originally from Long Island, New York, Biedrzyck has been the owner and sole practitioner of Bee Sacred Wellness for the past 4 years. She earned her reflexology certification in 1995 and graduated from the Aveda Institute in 2013 as a licensed esthetician. In the last couple of years she has added an important component to her practice: energy medicine–which she utilizes as a practitioner and master instructor of Integrative Energy Therapy.

Ruby combines different modalities and intuitive abilities to bring each of her clients to a place of deep relaxation. In that space the body, mind, and spirit can come into balance.
