Yoga Plus Mandala Art

Join us with local artist extraordinaire Shannon Foeller as we connect to ourselves using the art of mandalas and yoga. There's more to these intricate designs than meets the eye. Each shape and color has a different meaning, allowing us to create a design that calls to us in a given moment. Shannon will lead us in creating mindful, reflective art, and Laura will guide us in a centering yoga practice. No experience necessary.
