Yoga Plus is a series of workshops offered by Ruby Yoga designed to explore healing modalities and other areas of interest. Workshops will provide an opportunity for participants to learn from local experts and healers in topics like acupuncture, meditation, and energy work. We envision these workshops to be casual conversations where we can learn together and practice gentle yoga, building community and our respective toolkits for self care. Pre-registration is required and participants are asked to bring a journal. Dress appropriately for the weather as we’ll spend some time outdoors.
