About the event
Join Jaime Haines for a six-week exploration into the Pilates principles of breath, centering, concentration, control, precision, and flow. The course will be closed registration, meaning the same participants will meet each week in a group setting to dig deeper into each principle, exploring the same exercises in a set formatted sequence to focus on each principle at a time and how it applies to the set of mat exercises. Class dates are: Sept. 21, 28, Oct. 5, 19, 26, and Nov. 2.
