Join us for a three-part series for pregnant women, focusing on birth, breastfeeding and postpartum. Natalia Ossinova, former obstetrical nurse, lactation consultant, and certified prenatal yoga teacher, will help you tap into your inner goddess, using safe postures to ready your mind and body for the powerful ride that is birth and postpartum. Enjoy time chatting with other pregnant moms. Buy all three classes for $100 or one for $40.
