Cindy Waldman is a certified Usui Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki master, teacher and practitioner. Join her in stutio for a discussion of the practice, its origins, and benefits, followed by a Reiki-guided meditation. Stay for our 4 pm restorative yoga class ($15 for drop ins).
